Job summary

Amyantek is seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Change Management skills to support an HR Digital Transformation initiative in the GTA. The role involves coordinating across HR, technology, and vendor teams to move and transition HR processes within Workday.

Ideal candidates will manage stakeholder engagement, communications, adoption, and organizational readiness, while delivering regular project updates to leadership and ensuring successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Change Management within HR initiatives.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders and communicate effectively with leadership.
• Ability to provide regular project updates, reporting, and presentations to executives.
• Experience with moving, implementing, or enhancing HR processes in Workday.
• Familiarity with HR digital transformation projects and cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilities

Looking for a Project Manager who has experience moving and transitioning processes, data, or functionality within Workday.

The Hiring Manager is looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong Change Management experience to support an ongoing HR Digital Transformation initiative.

The ideal candidate will have experience:

• Leading projects within an HR digital transformation environment.
• Managing Change Management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communications, adoption, and organizational readiness.
• Providing regular project updates, reporting, and presentations to key stakeholders and leadership.
• Managing or supporting Workday-related projects, particularly experience with moving, implementing, transitioning, or enhancing HR processes and functionality within Workday.
• Coordinating across business, HR, technology, and vendor teams to ensure successful project delivery and adoption.

Key preference: A Project Manager who has hands‑on experience delivering Workday transformation, implementation, migration, or enhancement initiatives, combined with strong stakeholder and Change Management skills.
