Job summary

Focus Cloud Group is partnering with a large Canadian healthcare organization undergoing a major transformation, including a multi-wave Workday HCM & Payroll implementation that will bring 200,000 employees onto a unified platform.

You will provide project leadership across functional Workday workstreams, coordinating internal teams, the implementation partner and business stakeholders to drive design, build, testing, deployment and stabilization over a 12–18+ month contract.

Qualifications

• Strong Workday project/program management experience.
• End-to-end Workday implementations across modules.
• Experience coordinating functional workstreams with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday functional workstreams across HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Recruiting and Talent.
• Coordinate internal teams, the implementation partner and business stakeholders.
• Oversee design, build, testing, deployment and stabilization activities.
• Manage RAID, dependencies, status reporting and governance.
