Job summary

Extendicare is seeking an HRIS Analyst (Payroll, Absence & Time Tracking) to optimize Workday PATT configurations and deliver scalable solutions that improve the employee experience. Reporting to the Senior Manager, HRIS, you will work with Payroll, HR, IT and Finance to align configurations with agreements and business needs.

This role is based at our Head Office in Markham, Ontario, with a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IS or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Workday Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking configuration.
• Experience supporting unionized environments and complex collective agreements.
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management abilities.
• Workday experience with testing, releases and change management; ServiceNow is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain and enhance Workday Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking modules.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Labour Relations, HR, IT and Finance stakeholders.
• Conduct impact assessments on system changes and evaluate downstream impacts.
• Maintain data integrity across Workday and downstream systems.
• Respond to ServiceNow tickets and implement sustainable remediation.
