Job summary

Synechron, a global technology consulting leader, seeks a Technical Lead to provide strategic technical direction across design, development, and delivery of enterprise solutions. Our challenge

We are seeking aTechnical Leadto provide technical direction and leadership across the design, development, and delivery of enterprise technology solutions. The successful candidate will guide engineering teams, establish technical standards, and ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.

Additional Information

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors.In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Toronto, ON is CAD $110k – CAD $120k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Requirements:

Preferred, but not required:

• Experience in capital markets or banking.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, and containerization.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, observability, resiliency, and secure software development.
