Our company is dedicated to innovation, exceptional customer service, and building strong partnerships with hotels, resorts, and multi-unit properties. As we expand, we seek a dynamic and experienced Project and Logistics Manager to join our team.

Position Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project and Logistics Manager to oversee the seamless transition from sales to project execution. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills, logistics expertise, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients. The ideal candidate will ensure that deliveries, installations, and support services are executed efficiently while maintaining strong relationships with manufacturing and logistics partners globally.

Project Management :

  • Own the post-sales process, ensuring a smooth handoff from the sales team to project execution.
  • Coordinate timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful implementations.
  • Collaborate with customers, installation teams, and internal stakeholders to provide exceptional service and align expectations.
  • Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee project documentation and reporting to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Logistics & Supply Chain Management :

  • Act as the primary point of contact for global manufacturing partners, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Manage supply chain logistics, including overseas and domestic inventory, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Optimize inventory levels to prevent shortages while reducing excess stock.
  • Work closely with shipping partners to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze the global economic climate to proactively adjust and refine strategic approaches.
  • Provide training, resources, and remote support to installation teams during the implementation phase.
  • Provide training and resources to customers for effective use of installed systems.
  • Participate in the handoff to automation partners once systems are installed and online.
  • Manage post-installation support efforts, working closely with in-house or contractor technical teams to address any issues.

Travel Requirements :

  • Ability to travel within Canada and the USA as needed for site visits and customer meetings.
  • Ability to travel to China 1-2 times per year to liaise with manufacturing partners and oversee supply chain operations.
  • Must hold a valid passport and apply for any required travel visas.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management, international shipping, and vendor relations.
  • Experience in the hospitality or access control industry is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining high levels of accountability.
  • Business-level proficiency in Mandarin is an asset, given the role's interaction with Chinese manufacturing partners.

What We Offer :

  • Salary 80-100k CAD
  • Flexible remote work with biweekly in-person meetings.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.
  • Travel opportunities to meet customers and partners globally.
  • A collaborative and innovative work culture.

Join us at 33 Lock Inc. and play a pivotal role in revolutionizing smart access solutions for the hospitality industry!
