Job summary

Pomerleau is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the Buildings division in Ontario. You will support the project team, monitor schedules, and help prepare and analyze project quotes while maintaining project documentation.

A university degree or technology diploma in engineering is preferred, with 0–3 years’ construction experience and strong communication skills. Fluency in English and French is a plus, and a hybrid work model is available for corporate roles.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years’ experience in building construction industry.
• University degree or Technology Diploma in Engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingualism in French and English is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project team with coordination and project support.
• Collaborate and maintain open communication with team members, trade partners, consultants and clients.
• Review, interpret and update construction schedules.
• Maintain project records, shop drawings, RFIs, PO changes and completion documents.
• Contribute to project quotes analysis and reporting.
• Attend and document project meetings with emphasis on HS&E standards.
