As an experienced Project Coordinator in the Building Operations team at Pomerleau Construction, you will manage large-scale building and infrastructure projects—ranging from $1.5 million to over $1 billion—working closely with client groups and subcontractors as part of our projects team. This position is remote, with a 14-7 fly-in/fly-out rotation to Moosonee, Ontario.

What You Will Do

Assist the project team with detail-oriented project coordination and administrative support.
Ensure clear communication with team members, trade partners, consultants, and clients.
Review, interpret, and update construction schedules.
Maintain, review, and follow up on shop drawings, RFIs, material purchase orders, change notices, and project completion documents.
Review and analyze project quotes to find the best market prices.
Collect and complete company-wide project reports for your assigned projects.
Promote safety standards and Pomerleau’s HS&E programs on-site, ensuring compliance with applicable acts, regulations, and codes.

This role could be for you if you have

1-3 years of experience in the construction industry.
A University Degree or Technology Diploma in Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
