Job summary

Pomerleau in Canada (Vancouver) is seeking a Project Coordinator for our Civil & Infrastructure division. You will support the project team with coordination and administrative tasks, review schedules, and manage shop drawings, RFIs, and project documents to keep client and team needs aligned.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in construction, a University Degree or Technology Diploma in Engineering, and a proven ability to collaborate while delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project team with coordination and administrative support.
• Maintain open lines of communication with team members, trade partners, consultants and clients.
• Diligently review, interpret and update construction schedules.
• Manage shop drawings, RFIs, material purchase orders, change notices, quotes and project documents.
• Review and analyze project quotes to seek best prices.
• Collect and complete company-wide project reports for assigned projects.
• Promote safety standards and HS&E programs on-site.
