Job summary

Pomerleau is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join the Building Operations team in Ontario. You will help manage large-scale construction projects ranging from mid-million to billion-dollar scales, collaborating with client groups and trade partners.

Ideal candidates have roughly 5+ years in ICI construction, an engineering technology degree or higher, and strong knowledge of project methodologies, cost control, codes, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Coordinate and support project activities.
• Review and update construction schedules.
• Maintain shop drawings, RFIs, POs, change notices, and close-out docs.
• Analyze quotes to secure best prices.
• Promote HS&E standards on the project.
• Foster relationships with subtrades, clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
