Position Summary

Prairie HVAC/R, part of the IR Pros family of companies, is seeking a Service Coordinator who acts as the primary point of contact for customers, clients, and team members to ensure efficient scheduling, communication, and support for service delivery. This role involves managing service requests, coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

A successful Service Coordinator is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in resolving challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling and Coordination

• Schedule and dispatch electricians, technicians or staff to meet client needs
• Manage calendars to avoid scheduling conflicts and maximize productivity
• Coordinate resources, equipment, and materials for service projects

Customer Service

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and the organization
• Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide updates on service progress
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention

Administrative Support

• Maintain accurate records of service requests, schedules, and client communications
• Prepare reports and documentation related to service activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Communication
