Qualifications

• Valid Class 5 driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Journeyman Technician is ideal, but not required.
• Residential, Commercial and Industrial HVAC service experience required.
• Routine maintenance experience essential.
• Proficient in local mechanical and ventilation codes.
• Expertise in HVAC system compliance requirements necessary.
• Ability to engage with individuals sensitively and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Servicing residential, commercial and industrial HVAC and Refrigeration equipment.
• Troubleshooting, repairing, and installation of parts.
• Installing/retrofitting equipment to code.
• Analyzing work orders and investigating complaints.
• Identifying problems and offering solutions.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Documenting service work orders.
• Staying current on industry developments and technologies.

Skills

Valid Class 5 driver's license and insurable driving record

Journeyman Technician is ideal, but not required

Residential, Commercial and Industrial HVAC service experience

Routine maintenance experience

Proficient in local mechanical and ventilation codes

Expertise in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system compliance requirements

Ability to engage with individuals sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally

PAY

$38.00 - $55.00 per hour, we pay based on experience.

WORK HOURS

Full-time, Monday through Friday
