Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field and strong PMO foundation.
• 3–5 years in project controls, coordination, or PMO support.
• Experience monitoring scope, schedules and budgets; governance expertise.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, monitoring, control and closing of projects.
• Develop and maintain integrated schedules including milestones and dependencies.
• Track budgets, forecasts, costs, variances and deliver clear financial reporting.
• Maintain governance records: risks, issues, decisions, change logs.
• Prepare weekly/monthly status reports and executive dashboards.
• Monitor baselines and KPIs; propose corrective actions.
• Coordinate meetings; document minutes; track actions.
• Support resource planning and time reporting; onboarding/offboarding.
• Administer change-control processes and document impacts.
• Maintain audit-ready PMO documentation and process governance.
