Job summary

Pomerleau is seeking a Project Control Coordinator to support the daily coordination of project control activities in Canada. You will collect, validate, and consolidate data on costs, schedule, risks, and changes to ensure rigorous project performance monitoring.

Under the supervision of the Project Control Officer, you will maintain control systems, prepare periodic reports, and monitor KPIs. Bilingual FR/EN is required for national projects and cross-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• College or university degree in project management, engineering, administration, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in project control or a related field.
• Knowledge of project management principles.
• Knowledge of project management and project control tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Bilingualism (French and English) is required for national projects and stakeholder interactions.
• Occasional travel across Quebec and other sites may be required.

They participate in the collection, validation, and consolidation of data related to costs, schedule, progress, risks, and changes. They contribute to the production of the deliverables required to ensure rigorous monitoring of project performance.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools and work methods.

This role could be for you if you have

• College or university degree in project management, engineering, administration, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in project control or a related field.
• Good knowledge of project management principles.
• Knowledge of project management and project control tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Bilingualism (French and English) is required, as the candidate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing documents in both languages and will regularly interact with stakeholders located outside Quebec as part of national projects and initiatives.
• Occasional travel is required to various project sites and offices across Quebec, based on business needs.
