We have established a New Associates Program designed to help grow and career‑path new graduates and entry‑level professionals into exciting Project Associate roles within technology and business consulting within our firm.

Our structured onboarding and career‑pathing model provides you with exposure to various roles within our firm. From project management and software implementation to training and data/reporting, we help assess, coach, and guide you toward the ideal role based on your interests, capabilities, and interpersonal skills. Throughout the process, you will have a unique opportunity to experience working as part of a project team and engage directly with clients.

Summit EHSQ was founded in 2016 and has grown to over 20 employees in 2025. We specialize in partnering with clients in a variety of industries around the globe to develop and execute Environmental, Health, Safety and Quality (EHSQ) management assessments using software programs.

EHSQ, especially with respect to environmental governance, is a growing industry and the software tools needed to support EHSQ programs require specialists who are invested in supporting clients with tracking, monitoring, and reporting on their impact on people, their products, and the planet. About You
  • You are a recent university graduate from any program or have 0‑3 years of experience working in a professional services environment.
  • You have an interest and aptitude in technology and business consulting.
  • You enjoy and have some experience presenting to audiences — in person and virtually.
  • You possess above‑average verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Comfort working with technical content is a must.
  • You are inquisitive by nature, eager to learn and a team‑player with a positive outlook.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to client sites up to 10% of the time.
  • You must be legally eligible to work in Canada and able to travel for business anywhere in North America and Europe.
General Details
  • Location: Summit currently operates in a hybrid work structure. Employees attend our Oakville, Ontario office at least 2 days per week to participate in team meetings, training and company events.
  • Employment type: Regular, Full‑Time
  • Travel: 0‑10%
