Reporting to the Executive Assistant, the Project Administrator is responsible for maintaining and coordinating efficient administrative support services to ensure the smooth operation of the Dartmouth office. This individual will provide daily administrative support to multiple service lines, manage front desk reception duties, and assist with the day-to-day operations of the Dartmouth Asbestos Laboratory.
The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset. They enjoy supporting teams, managing competing priorities, and contributing to a collaborative and professional work environment. The successful candidate is comfortable balancing project administration, front desk reception, and laboratory support responsibilities in a busy office setting.
