Pinchin is seeking a Project Administratorto join our Environmental Due Diligence & Remediationteam in Burnaby. The existing role reports to the Operations Manager.
As a Project Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting project teams by coordinating administrative activities, preparing and quality-checking project deliverables, maintaining project data, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Working closely with technical staff and clients, you will help keep projects on track while providing essential administrative and operational support.
