Pinchin is seeking a Project Manager to join our Building Science and Sustainability team in Victoria. The new role reports to the Operations Manager.
This role involves managing and coordinating a variety of project activities, including investigations, building assessments, training support, and quality assurance initiatives. You’ll be responsible for aligning the right resources, people, tools, equipment, and documentation to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish, while working with a diverse mix of national, regional, and local clients. The work offers exposure to a broad range of building science initiatives, opportunities to collaborate closely with junior staff and support teams to develop leadership and mentorship skills, and partnership with finance and administrative teams to support the financial management of projects. Overall, the role offers meaningful responsibility, professional challenges, and significant potential for long‑term growth.
