A non-profit environmental organization in Winnipeg is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the planning and delivery of sustainable building programs. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects, engage stakeholders, and refine content in collaboration with experts. This role requires strong project management and communication skills, with opportunities for growth within the organization. This position offers a hybrid work model with competitive hourly pay.
The Program Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of SBM programs and projects, including the Manitoba Home Retrofit Guides, to ensure timelines are followed, quality standards met, and engagement goals achieved.
By combining project management, stakeholder engagement, and content quality oversight, the Program Manager plays a pivotal role in advancing sustainable building practices in Manitoba.
