Manulife is seeking a Program and Events Producer to join our Sales Enablement team, supporting Insurance and Guaranteed Wealth Solutions across Canada. You will independently lead small projects, coordinate advisors' webinars, onboarding, and national events, translating requirements into delivery plans and managing risks.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive experience in project coordination, event production, or related
• Experience leading small projects or work streams
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis; working knowledge of Power BI preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work independently across less structured assignments within policy guidelines
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive process improvements

Responsabilités

• Lead small projects and work streams for advisor-facing webinars, onboarding activities, and national events from intake through post-event evaluation
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, roles, dependencies, risks, and status reporting
• Coordinate cross-functional contributors across Sales Enablement, Insurance, Marketing, Compliance, Technology, and leadership
• Own event operations including intake, scheduling, registration, communications, and day-of delivery
• Create and maintain Excel and Power BI reporting to evaluate event performance and trends
• Present project status, risks, and recommendations to sponsors and leaders
• Provide program support and ensure consistency and confidentiality across regions and national teams
