Equitable, a Canadian mutual company, invites applications for a Marketing Specialist, Individual Wealth. You will develop and maintain advisor and client-facing materials, collaborate with Marketing, Product, Compliance, and Legal teams, and support digital properties and campaigns to drive advisor and client engagement.

You will help ensure content is accessible and aligned with distribution needs, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and effective communication across Canada.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of financial services marketing experience.
• Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, English, Communications, or related discipline.
• Analytical mindset with experience reviewing digital metrics.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Ability to collaborate with Marketing, Product, Compliance, Legal, designers and suppliers.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience working in a regulated environment and managing content through compliance reviews is an asset.
• Customer-focused approach with advisor and client needs.
• Experience working with creative teams and external vendors is an asset.
• Bilingual (French & English) is an asset; Mandarin is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain and enhance advisor and client-facing marketing materials.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accurate, compliant content.
• Maintain Individual Wealth digital properties and marketing resources pages.
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns, product launches and communications.
• Coordinate deliverables and timelines with Marketing, Product, Compliance, Legal and other partners.
• Provide proofreading support for internal and external communications.
• Monitor the Individual Wealth Marketing inbox and respond to stakeholders.
• Report on digital content performance and campaign metrics.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility and regulatory standards.
• Maintain attention to detail through all stages of content development to production.
