Allstate Insurance Company of Canada is seeking a Senior Consultant for Special Events to plan, manage, and implement in-house meetings and conferences for senior leadership. The role may lead a meeting support team, maintain budget reports, and analyze outcomes to measure event effectiveness.

Based in Canada with hybrid work and a Toronto office requirement; 4-year degree and 3+ years of experience preferred. Compensation ranges from CAD 71,000 to 90,000 annually.

Formación

• 4-year bachelor’s degree (Preferred).
• 3 or more years of experience (Preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Research, recommend, and develop new technologies to enhance the conference planning/meeting support process; include reservation applications and communication technology.
• Assist with project management activities on capital conference space renovations.
• Responsible for the documentation of processes and procedures for special events and high-profile meetings.
• Assist in the creation of all SLA’s and KPI’s and ensure they are met.
• Assists with budget preparation, management, and reconciliation; review billing for accuracy.
• Works with internal and external clients to plan and coordinate events/meeting logistics.
• Review internal processes and recommend strategies to reduce cost and improve efficiencies.
