Job summary

TG Minto Corporation, a division of Toyoda Gosei, is a Tier1 supplier with locations in Palmerston and Stratford, Ontario. We are seeking Production Team Members to support Just-in-time production of high quality parts for Toyota and Honda, with strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Starting wages are $20.55/hr with overtime after 40 hours, shift premiums, and a comprehensive benefits program. Morning shift is 7:00AM-3:30PM, with potential shift changes to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to bend, reach, lift and perform physical requirements.
• Clean, organized and climate-controlled environment.

Production Team Members play a vital role in supporting the production of high quality parts in a Just-in-time environment. Compensation and Benefits

• Starting wages of $20.55/hr


• Paid overtime after 40/hours per week


• Company Performance Bonuses


• Shift Premiums ranging from +$0.40 to +$0.65 (Afternoon Shift) & +$1.00 (Night Shift)


• Paint Booth Premiums +$0.50 (in addition to Shift Premiums)

Requirements:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred –or— successful completion of an aptitude test
