TG Minto Corporation, a division of Toyoda Gosei, is seeking Production Team Members for the Night shift in Palmerston, Ontario. You will support the injection molding process, ensuring quality and safety in a Just-in-Time environment.

This on-site, full-time role offers starting wages of $20.55 per hour, overtime after 40 hours, shift premiums, comprehensive benefits from day one, and opportunities for growth within a major automotive supplier.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting wages of $20.55/hr
• Paid overtime after 40/hours per week
• Company Performance Bonuses
• Shift Premiums ranging from +$0.40 to +$0.65 (Afternoon Shift) & +$1.00 (Night Shift)
• Paint Booth Premiums +$0.50 (in addition to Shift Premiums)

Requirements:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred –or—successful completion of an aptitude test
