Job summary

TG Minto Corporation in Palmerston, Ontario, is seeking a Lead Operator for Production Control on the Afternoon Shift to support Just-in-Time manufacturing of automotive interior/exterior parts. The role focuses on supervising daily production and ensuring safety and quality.

Responsibilities include covering absenteeism, performing PC FTM duties, coordinating shipments, training 4M team members, conducting inventories, and adapting shifts to production needs while maintaining a clean, safe work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred or completion of an aptitude test.
• Ability to bend, reach, lift and meet physical requirements of the job.
• Experience in manufacturing or production environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cover daily absenteeism and planned production leaves (PPL).
• Must be able to perform all PC FTM duties.
• Ship trucks when requested.
• Train and 4M team members.
• Inventory counts.
• All duties performed within Health and Safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
