Job summary

TG Minto Corporation in Palmerston, ON is hiring Production Team Members to support high‑quality parts in a Just-in-time environment. You will help maintain clean, safe production areas and meet hourly production quotas while contributing to a dynamic automotive manufacturing team.

Starting wage is $20.55 per hour with overtime after 40 hours per week and shift premiums for Afternoon and Night shifts. Benefits begin Day 1, with uniforms provided and a range of health and welfare plans.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting wages of $20.55/hr


• Paid overtime after 40/hours per week


• Shift Premiums ranging from +$0.40 to +$0.65 (Afternoon Shift) & +$1.00 (Night Shift)


• Paint Booth Premiums +$0.50 (in addition to Shift Premiums)
