TG Minto Corporation in Palmerston, ON seeks a Production Team Member - Paint T1-4 (Afternoon) to support high-quality automotive parts in a Just-in-Time environment. You will work full-time on-site 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with shift premiums and painting-related duties.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting wages of $20.55/hr
• Paid overtime after 40/hours per week
• Company Performance Bonuses
• Shift Premiums ranging from +$0.40 to +$0.65 (Afternoon Shift) & +$1.00 (Night Shift)
• Paint Booth Premiums +$0.50 (in addition to Shift Premiums)

Requirements:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred –or— successful completion of an aptitude test
