TG Minto Corporation in Palmerston, Ontario is a division of Toyoda Gosei, a world-class automotive supplier. We manufacture interior and exterior parts and assemblies for Toyota and Honda in a Just-in-Time environment.

We are seeking Production Team Members to support high-quality production and contribute to safety, respect and success for our Team Members. Duties include maintaining a safe, clean work area, producing quality parts, meeting hourly quotas and documenting daily production.

Production Team Members

play a vital role in supporting the production of high quality parts in a Just-in-time environment. Compensation And Benefits

• Starting wages of $20.55/hr
• Paid overtime after 40/hours per week
• Shift Premiums ranging from +$0.40 to +$0.65 (Afternoon Shift) & +$1.00 (Night Shift)
• Paint Booth Premiums +$0.50 (in addition to Shift Premiums)

• Company Paid time off: Up to 10 Days + 5 Float Days to start, 15 Days + 5 Float Days (1st full year)

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred –or— successful completion of an aptitude test
