TG Minto Corporation is seeking a Production Team Member for Paint, Night shift (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM) in Palmerston, Ontario. You will support the production of high quality parts in a just-in-time environment, ensuring safety and adherence to TG Minto’s quality policy.

Starting wage is $20.55 CAD per hour with overtime after 40 hours per week, shift premiums, and a comprehensive benefits package from Day 1.

• High school diploma or GED or aptitude test may be required.
• Must be able to bend, reach, lift and perform physical tasks.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting wages of $20.55/hr
• Paid overtime after 40/hours per week
• Company Performance Bonuses
• Shift Premiums ranging from +$0.40 to +$0.65 (Afternoon Shift) & +$1.00 (Night Shift)
• Paint Booth Premiums +$0.50 (in addition to Shift Premiums)

Requirements:
