Job summary

TG Minto Corporation, a division of Toyoda Gosei, is hiring Production Team Members in Palmerston, Ontario. You will support the production of high quality parts in a just‑in‑time environment and contribute to safety, quality and overall plant performance.

Starting wages are $20.55/hour with paid overtime after 40 hours, shift premiums, and a broad benefits program. You’ll produce quality products, document daily production, and follow work instructions in a clean, climate‑controlled plant

Compensation And Benefits

• Starting wages of $20.55/hr
• Paid overtime after 40/hours per week
• Company Performance Bonuses
• Shift Premiums ranging from +$0.40 to +$0.65 (Afternoon Shift) & +$1.00 (Night Shift)
• Paint Booth Premiums +$0.50 (in addition to Shift Premiums)

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred -or- successful completion of an aptitude test
