Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Production Support Engineer (L3) with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to support enterprise data and integration platforms. The role will primarily focus on Starburst environments, API-based frameworks, and Tableau reporting platforms while ensuring high availability, performance, and operational excellence.

2 Experience: Good Years of experience

3 Applications Supported: Starburst, API Frameworks, Tableau

4 Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills

Support Responsibility Distribution

• 1 Starburst (Primary Support) - 50%
• 2 API Frameworks (Secondary Support) - 30%

Key Responsibilities

• 1 Provide L3 production support for Starburst, API frameworks, and Tableau platforms.
• 2 Perform incident management, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
• 3 Monitor application health, performance, and platform stability.
• 4 Work with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve production issues.
• 5 Analyze logs, API transactions, system behavior, and SQL queries to identify issues.
• 6 Drive continuous service improvements and automation opportunities.

Salary Range

CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 130,000 Per Year
