Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is seeking an experienced Production Support Analyst to provide L2/L3 support for mobile apps and backend services in a fast-paced, global environment.

This role focuses on ensuring high service availability and rapid incident resolution. You will monitor performance, investigate issues, perform root cause analyses, and collaborate with Helpdesk, development, QA, and infrastructure teams to drive fixes and improvements.

Responsabilités

• Provide L2/L3 production support for mobile applications and backend services.
• Monitor application performance, system alerts, and production incidents to ensure high service availability.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production issues across mobile applications and APIs.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and implement preventive measures.
• Collaborate with Helpdesk, development, QA, and infrastructure teams to drive issue resolution.
• Support application deployments, releases, and post-release validation activities.
• Ensure adherence to defined SLAs and operational standards.
• Create and maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, and troubleshooting guides.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance support efficiency.
• Participate in incident management, problem management, and change management activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for mobile applications and backend services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot for backend application support and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with React Native mobile application development and support.
• Good understanding of iOS and Android mobile platforms.
• Experience debugging REST APIs, application logs, and production issues.
• Knowledge of application deployment, monitoring, and release management processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production support environment.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with mobile application monitoring and observability tools.
• Familiarity with incident management and IT service management (ITSM) processes.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and modern DevOps practices is an advantage.d

Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
