This role focuses on operations, production support, and distributed systems with strong emphasis on resolving production issues and enabling secure, scalable delivery. You will support .NET applications, participate in coding, testing, deployments, and release management, and collaborate across teams to optimize performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Operations and production support experience.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems.
• Strong ability to analyze production issues, identify root causes, and implement fixes.
• Experience supporting .NET-based applications.
• Involvement across coding, reviews, testing, deployment, and release management.
• Proficiency with SQL databases and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Experience remediating vulnerabilities (SAST/DAST).
• Ability to provide pager/on-call support.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operations and production support for distributed systems.
• Analyze production issues to identify root causes and implement fixes.
• Support .NET-based applications and contribute to end-to-end SDLC activities.
• Code, review, test, and manage deployments and releases.
• Work with Git, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), and RESTful APIs.

Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 110,000 Per Year
