Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a professional for L2/L3 production support of Oracle PeopleSoft Financials applications. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting incidents, root cause analysis, and maintenance of batch job scheduling using CA AutoSys.

The position requires expertise in Oracle SQL, operational support through scripting, and coordination with various teams. The salary range for this role is CA$ 100,000 to CA$ 120,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle PeopleSoft Financials applications
• Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and document failures
• Support batch job scheduling and monitoring using CA AutoSys and JIL scripts
• Use Oracle SQL for data validation, issue analysis, and defect investigation
• Develop and modify AIX/Linux shell scripts for operational support and automation
• Support month end / quarter end close activities and finance operational processes
• Coordinate with business users, DBAs, infrastructure teams, and vendors
• Ensure adherence to ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management)
• Participate in after hours and weekend support as required
