You will work with designers, design directors, artwork specialists, producers, project managers, and external production partners. Clear communication, reliable follow-through, and careful work are expected.

AI-assisted tools may be used for version comparison, production checklists, asset organization, document preparation, and quality review. All AI-assisted work must be reviewed for accuracy, relevance, confidentiality, and fit before it is shared or used.

Essential duties:
  • Lead complex artwork and production workstreams from approved design through final files.

  • Review artwork prepared by others and identify technical or content issues before release.
  • Resolve production problems with designers, producers, printers, and specialist partners.
  • Maintain robust version control, file naming, packaging, and final archive practices.
  • Support efficient artwork workflows, templates, and quality-control checklists.
  • Guide less experienced artwork team members on production standards and file discipline.
  • Track approvals and ensure only current, authorized files move into production.
  • Escalate risks involving content, specifications, timing, or production feasibility.
Essential requirements:
  • Strong senior-level artwork, production-design, or prepress experience.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and production workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to review complex files and maintain high accuracy under deadline.
  • Holds a valid Dex Professional Senior Specialist Certification (DEX-PSS) in the Arts, Media & Creative Production domain.
