Coffrages Synergy Formwork in Lavaltrie (QC) seeks a reliable general labourer for a permanent, on-site role. Expect 40–60 hours weekly in a dusty, noisy environment. You will help supervise teams, establish schedules, and assist with safety and training to keep productivity and quality high.

Requires 1 year to < 2 years of experience; bilingual English/French is acceptable. Benefits include health care, a bonus, team-building, and wellness programs.
