Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Track record of measurable operational improvements.
• Ability to coach and develop employees and drive safety and quality.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and targets.
• Schedule work and allocate resources for efficient workflow.
• Coach and develop production staff for high performance.
