Responsibilities

• Safety inspections and audits; correct unsafe behaviors and lead safety meetings.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analysis for EHS and quality.
• Provide training and development to production/hourly staff.
• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate production to meet daily requirements.
• Monitor yields, quality, and production rates; communicate results to team.
• Organize changeovers to minimize downtime and address scheduling issues.
• Lead Lean and Continuous Improvement activities; support cost-reduction initiatives.
