Factor in Mississauga is seeking a Senior Supervisor to lead a production shift, overseeing supervisors, team leads, coordinators, and associates. You will ensure safe, efficient execution of core production processes and drive continuous improvement in labor planning, scheduling, and performance metrics.

The role requires 5+ years in supply chain or related fields, with a degree in Engineering or Business.

Competenze

5+ years of supply chain experience or related field.
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
Strong understanding of OHS and Food Safety in warehouse/production.
Experience managing large teams and operations.
Lean Six Sigma certification preferred or similar methodology.

Mansioni

Manage a shift operation with production supervisors and associates.
Ensure compliance with OH&S acts and regulations.
Serve as escalation point for operations, coordinating with managers and cross-functional teams.
Oversee production processes: labor planning, scheduling, and core production tasks.
Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and efficiency; identify root causes of variances.
