We’re excited to share an opportunity for an existing vacancy as a Production Scheduler with a dynamic and growing organization focused on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

As a Production Scheduler, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely delivery, reducing production bottlenecks, and enhancing overall planning effectiveness.

Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Leading the development and execution of detailed, efficient production schedules
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align schedules with material availability and capacity
• Accurately predicting delivery dates to ensure on-time fulfilment and improve customer satisfaction
• Proactively identifying and preventing potential delays in the production process
• Monitoring production progress and adjusting schedules as needed to meet shifting priorities
• Communicating scheduling updates and changes to relevant stakeholders

Mandatory Requirements:

• Proven experience in production planning or scheduling in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement in the production schedule
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities across departments

Preferred Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field
• APICS/CPIM certification is an asset
• Proficiency with advanced planning tools and Microsoft Excel
• Experience working in a high-mix, low-volume or high-volume manufacturing environment

Salary Range: $65,000 - $72,000
