Trench Group in Ontario is seeking a Production Planner Specialist to join the Factory Loading & Material Management team. The role focuses on long- and short-term scheduling, coordinating with Sales, Engineering, and suppliers to ensure on-time production.
The incumbent will manage the master schedule, monitor production sequences, and support cross-functional teams to optimize material flow and capacity utilization. Experience with SAP MM/PP is preferred.

We are seeking a Production Planner Specialist to join our Factory Loading & Material Management team, and more specifically to our Planning and Scheduling group. In this role, you will be responsible for long and short‑term scheduling activities and support all production planning activities. The incumbent will also be the main communication point to address and manage all production plans on the shop floor and coordinate the activities with some key internal and external suppliers.
In accordance with the Pay Transparency Act, we are committed to providing clear and accessible information about compensation for this role. The expected compensation range for this position is CAD $60000 - $100000 / Annually. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on several job‑related factors, including relevant education, depth and breadth of experience, professional certifications or license, specialized skills aligned with the role, and internal equity considerations. This role offers a comprehensive total rewards package, including paid vacation, group health benefits, pension plan, bonus, and additional employee programs.
