Position Overview

To support our ongoing growth, we are looking for production employees (cross functional mixers and line operators) to join our team. Responsibilities involve maintaining a clean and safe work area and working to meet quality and production quotas.

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate a commitment to product quality
  • Demonstrates good safety practices, procedures, and ethics
  • Demonstrates good cooperation with coworkers and management
  • Demonstrates good time-management and schedule compliance
  • Align with plan as instructed by shift team lead
Qualifications
  • Ability to work shift work, 12-hour shifts, holidays, overtime, and call-in shifts, if required
  • Good punctuality and attendance
  • Able to stand for extended periods of time, and has good hand dexterity
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (an asset)
  • WHMIS training is provided
  • Ability to bend and kneel on a regular basis, and to climb and descend set of 15 stairs regularly
  • Ability to lift and pour raw material pails weighting 25kgs
  • Ability to count, measure, and operate a timer
