Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision and strategy aligned with organizational goals
• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, risk mitigation, and stakeholder input
• Act as the main liaison between business lines, technology, and other teams
• Gather and clarify requirements from senior stakeholders
• Manage the product backlog and plan sprints with cross-functional teams
• Identify and address risks in product development
• Monitor product performance and provide updates to senior management
• Foster collaboration across finance, legal, IT, and operations
• Lead business transformation and change management initiatives

Key Qualifications

• Business Experience: Minimum 5 years in senior Product Owner/Product Manager roles, with direct accountability for business outcomes
• Strategic Prioritization: Demonstrated experience in prioritizing business deliverables and driving measurable business value
• Stakeholder Management: Proven track record of engaging with senior business leaders and aligning product features with organizational goals
• Risk Assessment & Regulatory Compliance: Deep understanding of financial accounting standards, legal regulations, and risk management in a business context
• Business-Focused Achievements: Candidates must provide specific examples of business impact (e.g., revenue growth, cost reduction, risk mitigation)
• Change Management: Experience leading business transformation initiatives
