Job description

LeverageTek is actively seeking a IT Service Delivery Coordinator (Application Support) with its Gatineau-based customer.

Work Location

The successful candidate will be required to work 4x/week at the customer headquarters in Gatineau, QC.

Key Tasks
  • Lead incident and change management processes, including ticket intake, assignment, escalation, resolution tracking, and reporting across Digital Insights and Technology Services
  • Coordinate and participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) activities, including preparing change documentation, communicating impacts, and ensuring proper risk and rollback planning
  • Drive execution of small projects (1–2 contributors, 1–1.5 months in duration), track milestones, resolve blockers, and ensure on-time delivery
  • Supervise and support team workloads by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, coaching team members, and ensuring SLA commitments are met
  • Oversee application lifecycle activities including upgrades, patches, releases, deployments, and environment stability
  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, managing expectations, prioritization, and communication
  • Provide hands-on technical troubleshooting and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation as required
Key Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Team Lead or Supervisor in an IT Application Support environment supporting high availability production Corporate Systems / Applications.
  • Minimum 1-2+ years of hands-on technical experience in development with experience writing development code. This includes hands-on experience writing or reviewing code (SQL, .NET, or similar technologies)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of managing IT tickets, incident management and tracking including expert knowledge in using a service desk ticketing system such as ServiceNow.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of IT experience in one or more of the following roles: Software Developer, Systems Analyst, Software Integrator, Team Lead, Solutions Architect.
  • Proven experience supporting the change management process including participating in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings
  • Experience driving project execution, tracking milestones, and meeting deadlines
  • Experience coordinating release deployments and managing production risk and rollback planning
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to push back and reprioritize when necessary
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
  • Familiarity with application integrations (APIs), server environments, and system upgrades
Other qualifications
  • Experience driving project execution, tracking milestones, and meeting deadlines
  • Hands-on experience writing or reviewing code (SQL, .NET, or similar technologies)
  • Experience coordinating release deployments and managing production risk and rollback planning
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to push back and reprioritize when necessary
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
  • Familiarity with application integrations (APIs), server environments, and system upgrades
Assets
  • ITIL certification or formal change management training
  • Exposure to analytics environments from an operational or support perspective
  • Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or OnePlan, and/or familiarity with Agile environments
  • Experience in a Technical Project Management role supporting Corporate IT Applications both in pre and post production environments.
Compensation

Salary Range: $85000-$100000
