Account Manager | Strategic Partner for Team & Business Growth

LeverageTek Staffing Solutions is actively seeking a Senior Business Lead for 12 -month contract with its Ottawa based customer.

Work Location

Hybrid – 1x/day on site a week HQ in Ottawa or Toronto

Key Tasks

Provide leadership for complex large-scale projects.

Analyze the business needs of members, regulators and stakeholders to propose solutions to identified problems as well as opportunities for enhancement.
Conduct research and analysis as well as gathering requirements from users, members, and stakeholders. This includes the interpretation of data to make sound and actionable recommendations.
Provide a business expertise interface role between management, Financial Institutions, and other external stakeholders, ensuring that issues impacting members are identified and resolutions analyzed.
Prepare artifacts and other documentation used to engage and collaborate with all levels of the organization as well as external stakeholders.
Understand developments in the broader domestic and international payments ecosystem and the implications on current operations at organization.
Mentor staff within the team.

Key Qualifications

5+ years of demonstrated experience as a progressive leader
5+ years of experience in establishing and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Experienced in leading complex, large scale projects involving multiple stakeholders with varying interests

Qualifications:

Ability to gather and synthesize information in a concise and clear manner.
Superior oral and written communications skills, with the ability to develop and deliver briefings and presentations for senior audiences.
University degree or college diploma in business administration or related field.
Ability to influence and drive work forward
Ability to develop high quality documentation for senior and external audiences

Assets:

Bilingualism is considered an asset.
