Central Office (77 Bloor St. West)Part-Time (24 hours/week)In-office work environmentAt Harry Rosen, Canada’s leading luxury menswear retailer, we’re looking for a Product Marketing Intern to help bring our seasonal campaigns and product stories to life. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, merchandising, and e-commerce, supporting everything from vendor partnerships and campaign execution to product coordination and internal education. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple functions while contributing to initiatives that drive both brand impact and business results.Responsibilities will include:Support in the execution of sponsored marketing programs (briefing teams, compiling assets, fostering approvals, etc)Assist in compiling post-campaign reports including feedback and opportunities for improvement.Assist in creating and sending coop agreements for vendor signaturesSupport on internal education through our Menswear Download platformAssist with merchandise logistics and line-up related to seasonal campaigns.Receive, log, and organize incoming product samples using internal tracking tools or systems.Coordinate returns and communicate sample status across teams (production, merchandising, etc.).Assist stylists with wardrobe pulls, dressing models, and organizing outfits on set.Other duties and projects as assignedRequirements:Currently enrolled in a Business, E-Commerce or FashionExperience with MS Office, including Excel and AsanaAdaptable and demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressureAttention to detail and ability to respond to situations quicklyExcellent organizational skills, time management, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and oralKnowledge of the fashion/retail industry is an assetCompensation: $20.00 per hourHarry Rosen Inc. is committed to ensuring that our environment is barrier-free to all persons, employees, and clients alike, as we believe in equal opportunity and fostering a diverse and inclusive environment.
