Job summary

Harry Rosen Inc. is seeking an Operations Specialist in Mississauga to join our store team. You will support sales, deliver exceptional customer service and manage POS/Cash functions to uphold our service standards.

With at least 2 years in a client-facing role, you will train staff, monitor compliance, and collaborate with Logistics on order fulfillment and inventory accuracy, while driving customer loyalty and a seamless shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing service desk role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to train others.
• Customer-focused mindset with a drive to wow customers.
• Interest in technology and using it to support retail service functions.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and multitask under pressure.
• Experience in shipping, receiving, merchandising, order fulfillment and inventory management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support and customer service aligned with Club Harry standards.
• Serve as point of contact for customer issues and escalate as needed.
• Process employee purchases and manage staff packaging and submissions.
• Handle POS and cash services, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
• Monitor POS, LP policies and standards; review audits for training opportunities.
• Assist with training of operations and logistics staff and maintain client data metrics.
• Oversee service desk maintenance, client lists and e-receipt standards.
• Manage daily cash handling, open/close registers and bank deposits.
