Job summary

Harry Rosen in Calgary is seeking an Operations Associate to join our Store team, delivering exceptional service and maintaining store operations to high standards. You will process client transactions on the POS, support omni-channel fulfillment, assist with merchandising, inventory and on-floor logistics, and collaborate with a diverse team to wow customers daily.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, merchandising and inventory handling.
• Strong service orientation and ability to wow customers.
• Able to multitask and work well in a team environment.
• Comfort with technology to support retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service on the sales floor.
• Accurately process client transactions through the POS system.
• Collect and maintain client information and files.
• Support service desk activities and keep the desk organized.
• Resolve client inquiries, escalate issues when needed.
• Handle daily cash functions (open/close registers, deposits).
• Support omni-channel fulfillment: pick E‑Commerce/IST orders and BOPIS.
• Assist with on-the-floor logistics and merchandising changes.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels; assist with stock and displays.
• Collaborate with visual team on seasonal setups and events.
• Contribute to inventory preparation and counts.
• Provide flexible, cross-functional support to the team.
