Job summary

Harry Rosen Inc. is seeking a Logistics Associate to join our store team in Toronto. You will handle shipping, receiving, and merchandise maintenance, ensuring accuracy of labels, packing slips and RTVs.

You’ll support order fulfillment for in-store, e-commerce and IST orders, while maintaining a clean backroom and adhering to brand standards. The role requires 2+ years of retail experience in a luxury environment, with strong attention to detail, teamwork and effective communication.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of retail experience, preferably luxury, in a logistics role.
  • Experience shipping, receiving, merchandising, order fulfillment and inventory management in a retail environment.
  • Strong attention to detail in processing incoming/outgoing merchandise.
  • Team player with ability to work independently and with in-store teams.
  • Able to lift and move heavy boxes and be on your feet for long periods.

Responsibilities

  • Ship and receive merchandise and oversee labeling, packing slips and RTVs.
  • Prepare products for the sales floor and maintain organized backroom area.
  • Assist with order fulfillment, e-commerce and IST orders and customer emails.
  • Support with inventory counts and seasonal preparations.
  • Maintain store standards and assist with ad-hoc logistics tasks.
