Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Toronto, Canada, seeks a senior client- facing professional to design and manage a seamless onboarding experience for global tech clients.

You will nurture relationships, act as the primary Product contact, and translate client feedback into the product roadmap. You will monitor product performance via KPIs and coordinate with legal, risk, and controls to ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Transaction Banking / Payments experience
• 5+ years of managing client relationships
• Demonstrated ability to work in a highly matrixed program delivery structure
• Knowledge of Payment Rails and Reporting Standards (e.g., CAMT, BAI, EDI)
• Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization
• Undergraduate degree required

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build and manage a seamless client onboarding experience capable of supporting the most sophisticated technology companies that operate in multiple jurisdictions around the globe
• Effectively manage Client relationships, often serving as the first point of contact for Product
• Identify new opportunities by documenting Client feedback and working with Product Development to inform the product roadmap
• Monitor the performance of products and services, including overall profitability, by identifying and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., legal, risk, controls) to ensure compliance with both JPMC policy and regulatory commitments
