Job summary

JPMorganChase in Toronto is seeking a senior professional to design, build and manage a seamless client onboarding experience for global technology clients. You will serve as the primary contact for product, gather feedback, and influence the product roadmap across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities include monitoring product performance using KPIs, maintaining strong client relationships, and coordinating with legal, risk and controls to ensure compliance with policy and regulatory

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Transaction Banking / Payments experience.
• 5+ years of managing client relationships.
• Experience in a highly matrixed program delivery structure.
• Knowledge of Payment Rails and Reporting Standards (e.g., CAMT, BAI, EDI).
• Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Undergraduate degree required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build and manage a seamless client onboarding experience capable of supporting the most sophisticated technology companies that operate in multiple jurisdictions around the globe
• Effectively manage Client relationships, often serving as the first point of contact for Product
• Identify new opportunities by documenting Client feedback and working with Product Development to inform the product roadmap
• Monitor the performance of products and services, including overall profitability, by identifying and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., legal, risk, controls) to ensure compliance with both JPMC policy and regulatory commitments

Skills:

• Operate with minimal guidance and oversight, capable of embracing ambiguity
• Passion for creatively solving problems and an entrepreneurial spirit
• Ability to adeptly pivot opportunities based on new information and market forces
• Resourcefulness to filter a large number of opportunities into the most impactful engagements
• Strong communication/presentation skills that can be consumed at all seniority levels with both internal and external audiences
